1. What this site is

ManCode Canada publishes general educational information about men's health, natural ingredients and dietary supplements. It is an information site. It is not a pharmacy, not a retailer, not a medical practice and not a manufacturer or distributor of any product.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no content here creates a practitioner-patient relationship. Content is general in nature and cannot account for your individual circumstances, medical history or medication.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any question about a medical condition or before starting any supplement. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Dietary supplements

Dietary supplements and natural health products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Regulatory status differs by country, and a product available in one market may not be authorised in another. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply where you live, including any rules on personal importation.

4. Accuracy and currency

We take reasonable care to publish accurate information drawn from public sources, and we correct errors when they are pointed out. Even so, content is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Regulation, guidance, pricing and product formulations change, and content may become out of date between updates. Product details, availability and prices described here may differ from those a seller applies at the time you look.

5. Third-party links and sellers

This site links to third-party websites, including sellers' order pages. Those sites are independent of us. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, products, shipping, customer service or fulfilment.

Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party. Questions about an order, a payment, a delivery or a refund must go to that seller, not to us. A link is not an endorsement or a warranty of any product or seller.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManCode Canada and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content — including any decision to take or not take a supplement, and any dealings with a third-party seller.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Republish substantial portions of the content without permission
• Use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the site
• Present our content as your own, or in a way that implies we endorse a product or seller we do not

Text and original page design on this site belong to ManCode Canada unless otherwise indicated. Product names, brands and trademarks referred to are the property of their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive; it does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the publisher is resident, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
