What to write to us about

  • Corrections. The most useful message you can send. Include the page URL and what is wrong. Factual errors are fixed without argument.
  • Broken or outdated links. Regulator pages move and guidance gets revised — we would rather hear it from you than leave a dead link up.
  • Sourcing questions. If you want to know where a statement in a guide came from, ask. We will point you at the source.
  • Editorial and press enquiries.
  • Privacy requests. See our privacy policy for what we do and do not collect.

What we do not cover

Being direct about this saves everyone time.

  • Individual medical questions. Whether a supplement suits you personally is a question for you, whether your symptoms are serious, or whether something interacts with your medication. Your doctor and your pharmacist can, and a pharmacist consultation is free in most Canadian pharmacies.
  • Orders, payments, shipping and refunds. We do not sell anything. Nothing is ordered through this site and we have no access to any seller's order system. If you have ordered a product and need help, contact that seller directly using the details on your order confirmation.
  • Product complaints. These go to the seller or manufacturer. In Canada, adverse reactions to a natural health product can also be reported to Health Canada's Canada Vigilance Program; the US has MedWatch, and the UK has the Yellow Card scheme.

If this is urgent

This inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If you have blood in your urine, cannot urinate, or have a fever with pelvic or back pain, contact a doctor or your local urgent care service now. In Canada, 811 reaches health advice in most provinces; in the UK, NHS 111; in the US and Canada, 911 for emergencies.
